Went for a job interview yesterday. Longwood Gardens had a craigs list posting for part-time/seasonal catering and concessions. $12/hour. It will be a longer commute than target, but it is only a little over 15 miles each way, and I can take the beautiful backroads and look at farms and nature, instead of car-asses the entire way. Of course I said yes, and just need to do the drug test and wait for them to do the background check, which will be fine.
Phew! Hopefully this will work out good! I will tell target once i get the ok from LG. I dont think I will totally quit target, maybe I can manage to do both. We will see. But I need to go where the money is at.
There was also a response for a "mobile waiter" job which I sent my availability to meet with them this week, and am just waiting to hear back from them.
Finally a light at the end of the target tunnel!
